Who you are buying from

Segment CPH is a brand of Bojesen Solutions, a Danish company. We are responsible for the plugins.

Payment is handled by FastSpring, our merchant of record. They run the checkout, take the payment, handle VAT, and appear as the seller on your receipt, under their terms of sale. That arrangement covers the transaction. It does not move the product, the support, or our obligations to you.

In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “Segment CPH” refer to Bojesen Solutions trading under the Segment CPH brand.

Acceptance

By using Segment CPH, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any products.

Products

Segment CPH sells digital audio plugins. The formats and platforms each one supports are listed on its product page. All products are digital downloads — nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions, screenshots, and audio demos are provided for informational purposes and represent the plugin at the time of listing.

Purchases

All purchases are one-time payments, sold and processed by FastSpring as merchant of record. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page, and FastSpring handles VAT. You must create an account before purchasing. After payment, your license and download link are delivered to your email automatically.

Licenses

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your own machines. You may install the plugin on multiple computers you own. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the plugin files or license files with others.

Presets you create

Presets and preset packs you author yourself are yours. You may give them away or sell them, on your own terms and under your own name, and you keep whatever rights you have in them. No revenue share, no approval step, and no notice to us is required.

Three limits apply:

• The presets are ones you made. Presets from our factory library, and presets from a pack published by a third party, stay with the product they came with.
• A pack contains presets only. The plugin, its installers, and license files are ours to distribute.
• You may say which plugin a pack is made for, which is a statement of compatibility. You may not present it as official, endorsed, approved, or as coming from Segment CPH, and you may not use our names or logos as the branding of your pack. We grant exceptions in writing and never by implication.

A pack sold by a third party is their product, and they are responsible for it — the sale, the support, and whatever they promise about it. We are responsible for the plugin it runs in.

Where a plugin lets a pack be marked read-only, the plugin will respect that mark by locking the pack against editing and export inside itself. It is a convention, not a protection measure, and we make no promise about what a determined recipient can do with a file once they have it.

Refunds

Every plugin is available as a free trial before purchase. If you change your mind after buying, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund, provided you have not yet downloaded your license file. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under consumer law.

Limitation of liability

Segment CPH plugins are provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure compatibility and quality, but we cannot guarantee the plugins will work flawlessly in every DAW and system configuration. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct contact will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
