What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you make a purchase, FastSpring — our Merchant of Record — collects your payment details, billing address, and contact information directly inside their secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. We retain a record of your purchases so you can re-download your plugins later.

How We Use It

Your email is used for account authentication (magic link sign-in), order confirmations, license delivery, and support responses. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Your purchase history is stored so you can re-download your plugins at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions — these keep you signed in so you do not have to log in every visit. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party ad cookies.

We measure aggregate page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint or identify individual visitors, and is GDPR-compliant — that is why no consent banner is required.

During checkout, FastSpring's embedded payment form sets its own cookies inside their secure iframe. FastSpring is the data controller for that flow, and their privacy policy applies.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • FastSpring — Merchant of Record for all purchases. FastSpring collects your payment details, billing address, and contact information during checkout, handles VAT and tax compliance, and is the legal seller of record for your transaction. Their privacy policy governs that flow.
  • Resend — email delivery for magic links, order confirmations, and support messages.
  • Neon — database hosting (EU region) for account and order data.
  • EU/EEA-based application hosting infrastructure — your requests are processed through hosting providers located within the EU/EEA.
  • Cloudflare — cookieless web analytics for aggregate page-visit counts. No personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting.

Data Retention

Your account data and purchase history are kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized purchase records for accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Contact us through the Help page and we will take care of it.
