Everything you need to get started, install your plugins, and manage your account.

Segment CPH is launching soon. The information below describes how the shop will work once it opens.

Getting started

Browse the shop to discover available plugins. Each product page includes a description, audio demos, and format compatibility info (VST3 and AU, plus a standalone app for instruments; macOS/Windows). When you find something you like, click Buy, complete the FastSpring checkout, and your license will be delivered to your email instantly.

Installing plugins

  1. Download the .pkg or .dmg file from your account
  2. Run the installer — it will place the plugin in the correct folder
  3. VST3 goes to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
  4. AU goes to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
  5. Instruments also install a standalone app, which goes to /Applications/
  6. Restart your DAW and scan for new plugins

Managing your account

Sign in with the email you used to purchase. From your account dashboard, you can view your purchase history, re-download any plugin you own, and download your license file again whenever you need it. Your session stays active so you will not need to sign in every time.

If we cannot sort something out between us, the Terms of Service name the consumer complaint bodies you can take it to, in Denmark and elsewhere in the EU.
