Try it first

Every plugin is available as a free trial that runs on your own machine, in your DAW, with your sessions. You get the time and the context to decide whether it is right for you, with no payment up front.

Preset packs cannot be trialled the same way, so every pack we sell is published with audio demos of the presets it contains.

If you change your mind

You have 14 days from your purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded your license file. Email support@segmentcph.com with your order reference and we will refund you in full — no reason needed, processed within two working days.

Downloading your license closes the window, as does the 14 days running out. After that the sale is final.

If something is not working

Tell us. Most problems people run into are setup issues that take a couple of messages to sort out, and getting you playing is what we are here for.

Preset packs

A pack you bought from a third party is their sale, and their refund policy is the one that applies.

A pack bought from Segment CPH is covered by this page, on the same terms as a plugin: demos in place of a trial, and the same 14 days to change your mind before you download it.

Presets you make yourself, and the factory presets included with a plugin, carry no separate charge and so nothing to refund.

Mistakes

Mistakes are a separate matter from refunds. If you were charged twice, or bought the same plugin twice, tell us through the Help page and we will put it right.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page affects rights you have under consumer law. Checkout is handled by FastSpring, our merchant of record, and their terms apply to your purchase alongside ours.
